This traditional Restaurant is owned and operated by
Jitu Mehta, since 1999. Jitu Mehta has been in the food business for almost 30 years. The roots of his experience come from Mumbai, the City that never sleeps.
The Clay Oven, is the labor of Jitu Mehta’s love. He takes pride in creating this entire menu, the taste and flavors are uniquely crafted and he thanks his staff, whom he treats them as his associates.
